The block does not appear when I view the page in tablets and mobile devices. What can be the cause?

As you are saying that block does not appear on Mobiles and Tablets, may be CSS is the issue.
Can you please check media CSS for the block and provide the feedback?
Screenshot or little more relevant details can be helpful pin-point the issue.
