Customize the Order of URL's in site map or delete URL or nodes from XML sitemap

I want to be able to change the order of how URL's are listed in the sitemap. I want the ability to arrange the order of the links in the site map. I also want to know how to delete the node's from appearing in the xmlsitemap.
