Pantheon Version

I spun up a new Pantheon container for Open Restaurant through https://dashboard.pantheon.io/products/openrestaurant/spinup. I used a Standard installation type and excluded installing Demo Content.

From /admin/reports/updates:

Open Restaurant 7.x-1.x-dev: Unknown release date
  Recommended version:  7.x-1.0-rc2 (2015-Oct-22)
  Development version: 7.x-1.x-dev (2015-Nov-02)

Looking at /profile/restaurant/restaurant.info:

core = "7.x"
project = "restaurant"
datestamp = "1391985038"

It doesn't look like Pantheon is using the latest Development version nor does it see the upstream profile repository.

How can I upgrade to the most recent Dev?
