I have a problem with drupal commerce. When I uncheck "My shipping information are the same as my billing information." tunnel in the purchase, the form does not appear. While on the other theme it works very well. Can you help me ?

Sounds like a States API/JavaScript issue more than anything. But I can't tell from just a vague description of "help, it's not working". Regardless, this is site/module specific.
