I just wanted to ask the community if they have heard of a drupal-equivilant of the Wordpress Click-to-Tweet plugin:

I was looking for a solution like this too. I found https://www.drupal.org/project/tweetable_text

Unfortunately, it's not Drupal 8 ready, at the time of my comment here.

Use at your own risk! It may have publicly disclosed vulnerabilities.
