In 7.x-3.3 the documentation link for the region wells is missing.

if you go to /admin/appearance/settings/bootstrap inside the COMPONENTS tab-> inside the REGION WELLS collapsible fieldset, the first sentence says "Enable the .well, .well-sm or .well-lg classes for specified regions. See: documentation on" : the link is missing.
