Webform email not sending attachment after update

Hi, i had webform 7.x-3.20, Mimemail 7.x-1.0-beta3, which were sending emails with attachment, later i updated to webform 7.x-3.24, and i stopped getting email attachments, even though the " Include files as attachments" is checked in 3.24, but still attachment does not come, I also updated the mimemail from beta3 to beta4 version, but no use. Even tried with giving the permission " Send arbitrary files" to anonymous / Authenticated user, (Earlier in 3.20, attachment was being sent without this permission). Kindly help.
