pay to integrate commerce_nodecheckout with conditional_filed

I need to have a third party module to get"Commerce Node Checkout" work with “conditional field” in D7,

There is some discussion here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2283635 . But I don't want you to touch the CNC module, I want a separate one to do this job, so then I can continue to update the CNC module in the future
