The following feed works in Google Reader:
http://myeve.eve-online.com/feed/rdfnews.asp?tid=1

However, I get the following error when I tried to update the feed in Drupal's Aggregator:

The feed from CCP Announcements (Official) seems to be broken, because of error "-13 Permission denied".

("CCP Announcements (Official)" is the name I gave the feed.)

Aggregator works with other feeds, just not any of the feeds that come from the domain in the feed listed above.

1. Why would this happen?
2. What can I do to correct this, if anything?
