Access User Profile Location Values with location module

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place for this kind of thing. I have a case where I want to react on specific user location values. I'm using vanilla profile, location, and user-locations. The issue that I have is the only field exposed to rules is the boolean field location-opt-out. So, for my purposes I need to access what's in that location array. I don't know if that's my lack of rules knowledge or something missing from rules. Otherwise, great work and thank you!
