I will own this one too. Will bring in Jay if necessary.

I have made a user backup (in Acquia terms a permanent one) of production and refreshed stage and dev DBs and files. Let's use the staging site (stage.fldrupal.camp) for content updates and dev (dev.fldrupal.camp) for code/theme updates.

I'm adding a new 2016 event on Stage to start investigating what needs to be done. If it's fairly simple, I can probably handle it (but not add new content). If there is more to do, I will reach out for help.
