Hi Mark,

this error happens, when you insert an Image via CKEditor. In that case the class "img-responsive" is missing.

This happens even with Bootstrap 8.x-3.0-beta1.

And the same with class="img-circle img-responsive"

CKEditor is manual content and not tied to templates/theme settings.
