I am using webform 7.x-4.12.

It is found that all form error are popup which cannot be read by screenreader.

Can it make the errors as inline mode?

Do anyone help and answer me?

For that you can use clientside validation module.

Webform has no popup error messages. I think you are referring to the html5 validation messages, which are handled entirely by the browser.
