Hi

As per the title, I have installed selecting a language different than English, but I'd like the admin language to be in English, is that possible, how/where to change it?

I have also selected English as the second language of the site.

Haven't done it since D6, but try editing your user (admin) and see if you have the checkbox that changes the user's Language.

There is a language field, but only for the site, and it's been set to English:
"This account's preferred language for emails. This is also assumed to be the primary language of this account's profile information."

there is a note though that for d8
