Coming from #2629828: Wrong dependencies are used on Drupal CI for devel_entity_test module

The namespace used in the test module entity_test conflicts with the namespace used in core.

This cause some trouble to the devel module

In this commit on github the problem was solved by renaming the test module.. can you publish the latest changes on d.o. ?
