Broken apache 2.4 and http_basic_auth

yesterday i was trying to debug why after upgrading to apache 2.4 our sites with http_basic_auth where not asking for password anymore and i found out this interesting fact.

Aegir adds in the platform --- reading through the apache 2.4 upgrade notes i found this comment from [thumbs] that points out that mixing Allow and Require directives using mod_access_compat will have unexpected results, so as a test i commented out the Allow directive and the auth works again.

Now, i'm not sure if this needs to be here or maybe in the Ægir project, since the directives are added in the Platform config file, feel free to move this if needed.
