The Previewable Email Template (PET) module lets you create email templates, with token substitution, which can be previewed by the user before sending. The emails can be sent to one or many email addresses in a flexible way, and the recipients may or may not be Drupal account holders (users).

For it created custom module and use content type of handling template body and template name for call on triggered any events. If any body required custom module code. i will be more happy and suggest you how you could handle Email template feature with full flash functionality. like token management, template management,send email configuration and synchronization among all these things.
