Follow-up to #2610954: Add date pager

This works after 'drush cr' but then every other loading of the view doesn't work.

Currently the page placement option has be taken out.

Removed pager "Placement" option now you can a pager to the top by adding a Calendar Header and using the "Use Pager" option. This also allows you to add the current date in the middle of the pager.
