I added two field-groups as an HTML field and and ordered them like you can see in the first screenshot. after saving the order did not work ans my field were renamed with array in the front.

Closing this as duplicate of #2611888: Tree get lost after saving forms display (elements prefixed with Array). It's not a fg bug, it's a core bug. (fixed in latest dev)
