Hi Everyone,
I plan to create a website project about game reviews and forum.
I decided on the content of my website and with the help of users here, I think I know which modules I should use. And more or less, I know what to do but I am not sure about how to start.
The main issue is that, I couldn't decided on the design of my website yet. I plan to work with a designer to create the psd after I decide on the general scheme and look of my website.
Do I have to prepare the psd of the design first? And later on create the website upon this design, adapt it to themes and the views
OR
Can I start with installing modules, configuring them, organizing the views etc. and later on prepare the psd, adapt and mount it to website?
Thank you very much for your time and helps.
Kind regards.

Personally, I always build the site completely using the default Bartik theme and only theme once all the functionality is there and some fake content. But I do usually have PSDs, I just don't usually reference them much. I think they are useful for the client and project manager to get on the same page. But if you are the client and project manager, I don't think you will have a problem doing it after site building.
There is a lot more to it than this, btw. Here's the documentation on theming.
