"Printer Friendly Page" for Site Building Guide

I am reporting https://www.drupal.org/documentation/build to moderators because:

Drupal's docs are great, and I appreciate being able to save many of the books for offline reading. But the "Site Building Guide," perhaps the most important one to use as a reference, will not allow a "Printer-friendly version".

Upon requesting it, the page comes back with "Drupal.org's origin servers are a bit busy at the moment. Please try the request again in a few moments."

This message has been consistent across many requests for multiple days.

Could it be that the documentation is now big enough to require a longer timeout?
