Big fan of what you've done so far.
But, is it possible to use external file URLs instead of uploading a file?
Let's say I want to make an interactive video from an mp4 file which is on a different server and I don't want to duplicate it by uploading it to my own server. I just want to use its URL.
An integrated option like provided in Remote File Source and FileField Sources. That would be great!

Thank you for sharing. For videos and audios this is already there. Are you using the latest version, or maybe our UI isn't very good? You can use both YouTube urls and urls to video streams instead of uploading the videos.
