Error: Call to undefined function dsm() [#2623316]

Installing the commerce_vantiv module without devel installed, throws this error

"Error: Call to undefined function dsm() in commerce_vantiv/includes/views/commerce_vantiv.views.inc, line 40"

Also, my first patch, so my apologies right off the bat if it's not correct
