Views integration: Consider bundle type for translate link field

The translate link Views field creates links to incorrect pages when using Entity types with bundles such as the ones created by ECK.
This results in links like
/entity_type/id/translate
when it should be
/entity_type/bundle/id/translate
At first those links seem to work fine but using any links on them (such as Edit, Add translation, etc) will result in Access Denied error messages (also for the root user).

My patch takes the bundle type into account when creating the translate link and should fix this issue.
