Trying to fix this I really love your module and it has worked great for years...

pwolanin CreditAttribution: pwolanin as a volunteer commentedGiven that this module hasn't changed, the source of your problem must originate in other code you added or changed on the site. The error in the URL looks related to token module, or something else that uses it like pathauto that is trying to change the redirect after saving.
