I tried to do a quick test of the theme on simplytest.me and I got

Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserException: Missing required keys (core) in sites/default/themes/bootstrap_barrio/bootstrap_barrio.info.yml in Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserDynamic->parse() (line 34 of /home/dm1fu/www/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/InfoParserDynamic.php).

I can see that the line is commented. why?
