Hello there,
i just install Drupal 8 on a fresh wamp installation...
when i try to go into any admin link, every link in the page get me to the localhost dashboard of the wamp server.
Plus, there is no context menu on anything to edit bloc/menu...
hope i'm clear enough and that someone can give me a way to fix this.
I am new to the drupal world and i really wanted to learn how to use that cms.

Need to add .htaccess file and uncomment RewriteBase/drupal(it would be your site name like - drupal8 etc). And also enable the Rewrite_apache modules and restart the Apache server.

And for edit block/menu, you should go under structure menu.
