This notice get just for users, not admin. It appears when one wants to look at some relationship type in someone's cabinet.
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$requester_id in user_relationships_ui_check_access() (line 179 of *user_relationships_ui.module
Permissions are standart: admin can Administer User Relationships, the other possibilitis are for authenticated users.

nickonom CreditAttribution: nickonom commentedletarty, there seems to be a similar issue on #1898026: PHP notice "Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$requester_id" on user_relationships_ui_check_access reported two years before than you did, however that one was closed as a duplicate of #1328170: Maintain, Delete and Request permissions problems. So I am following the suit here.
