Create SimpleTest for basic Bundle functionality

This issue will cover the creation of Web SimpleTests to handle the basic Bundle UI functionality.

• Create new bundle
• Change some assignment plugin settings
• Disable a plugin
• Reorder plugins
• Save bundle and check that the changes, disabled plugin, reorder all stuck
• Select the bundle and export an autodetected package to it
• Ensure the feature has the correct bundle
• Select None bundle
• Create a new feature
• Select some config and export the feature
• Ensure feature is not part of any bundle
• Edit the Feature and set the Bundle to what we created above
• Export the Feature
• Confirm that we have two features in conflict exporting the same config
• Remove the feature exported without a bundle
• Confirm that the feature no longer has conflicts
