The Bootstrap project now officially supports this module and will defer to it when rendering breadcrumbs. The code added in #2178565: Path_breadcrumbs warnings is no longer needed. See #2613764: Add Path Breadcrumbs module support for commit.

This makes sense as bootstrap now directly defers to path breadcrumbs in breadcrumbs.func.php etc.
