In 7.x there was a date pager, this has not yet been ported.

Ok here is a start. It works if there are no other arguments besides the date.

Need to:

  1. Add an option to display at the top
  2. handle Views with other arguments. Make sure date argument is in the correct position and other arguments are retained.
