- Allow File Name Pattern to be different per message ID by repurposing the mail_save_file_message_id_to_name_mapping variable to hold the full file name and not only a mapped message ID.

Any sites relying on the value of this variable (which previously was used only to define an arbitrary mapped-message-id) will break upon upgrade. The fix is to review the module configuration (admin/config/system/mail-save-file) after upgrading.
