IPGV&M seems to be incompatible with jQuery 1.9 and more (map is not showing).
It can be a problem if someone is using modules that require recent version of jQuery.

Error in server log or browser console?
Are you using IPGV&M with Google API, Leaflet API or Openlayers API?
