Create question with Yes/No Buttons instead of readios. [#2607118]

I just want to create a Participation Request (Opt-In) like "Are you interested to take this survey?" with Yes, No buttons instead of radio buttons. Is that possible to make by using webform module?

No, webform components are not set up to submit.

I would suggest you put in a custom Drupal form, where Yes redirects to the webform and No goes wherever you want. A little programming will be needed.
