RSS Permissions adds permissions to disable the RSS feeds Drupal produces by default, with the intent of disabling them for anonymous users.

Views is included in Drupal 8 core, and handles all RSS feeds. Since site maintainers can diable views or assign permissions to them, this module is no longer needed for Drupal 8. Marking as won't fix right off the bat.
