Can't find libraries in install profiles [#2606420]

Thanks a lot for this fix!

This was introduced by the seemingly innocuous #2530042: Unit test failing, but it was not so innocuous after all! I took the liberty of renaming the variable, so that we don't overload the same variable with two different things, but otherwise kept as is.

Now, writing this, I realize I forgot to pass the --author flag to Git, sorry about that! I will save your credit in the issue, though.
