No select box when " Expose this filter to visitors" is selected

Hi,

I created a view to select all nodes with a taxonomy term. I let users select which terms they want. (Content: Has taxonomy term (exposed))

It works if I create a page for that, it displays a select box with all terms. But it doesn't work when this view is inside a block, it doesn't display the select box. Why ?
