Currently only field replacement values are available. The "Global: Custom Text" field as an example, allows the contextual argument input to be used as a replacement value as well (i.e. "!1")
It would be a great feature for this module as well, and is currently sadly required for my project, but I will look for a workaround in the meantime.
Thanks in advanced for the feature request consideration.

NWOM CreditAttribution: NWOM commentedAs a workaround, I have added the Contextual Argument replacement value to a hidden "Global:Custom Text" field. Then I used the "Global:Custom Text"'s replacement value for use in the Views Conditional field.
