Add support for Field Conditional States module (D7)

Currently the Field Conditional States module is not yet compatible with the Workflowfield widget. This would be a great feature to have that would work great in combination with Workflow Fields, since it allows client side validation and form state alters without needing to refresh the form.

It looks to be a small change as shown in the the issue #2505699: Support for hms widget for Integer fields, but since it is not finished, I'm not sure how to implement this.

I think this would benefit those looking for Conditional Fields support as well, since Field Conditional States provides the same functionality, but supposedly has a cleaner approach. Both modules are incompatible at the moment.
