I'm trying to add a new view at /admin/structure/views/add and selected 'Include an RSS feed' and Fields as 'Feed Row Style', but I can't 'Continue & edit' that view, because of the following error:

Row style plugin requires specifying which views fields to use for RSS item.

However I can't specify the views fields without able to Continue & edit first.

Is it a bug?

I tried to follow #1902026: Row style plugin requires specifying which views fields to use for RSS item, but I didn't see Feed display option to select.

@kenorb, This error is shown Due to you select Feed Row Style as Field, Change the value by Content, So that you can proceed for the next. Please review my attached screenshot for the same.
