Hey there. Coming at you from #2596641: [field_collection] Field Collection.

Was checking through various modules in and noticed this one has both this sandbox + the 8.1.x branch on the proper project, and both branches seem to be in sync.

Given that, can we close this project and move development over to Drupal.org "proper"?

If one of the concerns is the correct people not having commit access to field_collection, I think we can rectify that. I'd like to run it by fago first, but I think if larowlan or others want to continue working on field_collection, they can have full access.
