When clicking on 'Create New Space', I am presented with 2 options: 'Create new Default' and 'Create new Space membrer'. When clicking the first I get a blank page at URL /node/add/oa-space/1 and the 2nd option is yet again a blank page at URL node/add/oa-space/1
