I am no longer working at Dutch Open Projects (this was a sort of going away present from me to them :)), but I do know they have a new website since a few weeks. Must have forgotten to carry over the blog feed.

Yes, I think I got it right now, https://dop.nu/planetdrupal.rss should be available again. We don not have comments on the site yet, but if I understood correctly that is not required. Although it is our plan to add them.
