Simple dashboard with node title and menu id (if there is one)

GAH! This can't be as hard as I am finding it.

All I want is to build a simple easy dashboard with the views UI that has a table with all the nodes and either the menu id or even just the menu name if available so the admin (me) can easy see a simple list of nodes that are not in any menu.

I have a ton of nodes and a dozen menus. It would be super great to be able to quickly spot the orphan nodes. 99999 views & menu tickets out there but nothing I could see anything like this. I'd really like not to have to whack away at PHP for something that should be so simple.

I have tried a few of the contrib modules and none of them add in menu id fields to the views creation window.
