Thanks for great module!

In testing if its at all possible to have the book title in the url I tested with the following replacement pattern:

[bookpathalias]/[book]/[book-raw]/[bookpath-raw]/[term-raw]/[vocab-raw]/[title-raw]

The resulting URL alias for a paint.net book page was this:
[bookpathalias]/[book-raw]/paintnet

So, title-raw was interpreted correctly, [bookpathalias] and [book-raw] were not interpreted at all, and the remaining patterns returned blank.

Update your "tokens" modules... earlier version had trouble with the new Drupal 6 book changes...

Indeed, I believe this is a duplicate of #223458: Book tokens broken in Drupal 6.

If you update and bookpathalias remains broken please re-open this issue (I forget whether or not that's fixed).
