Hey OA Community,
i am trying to create a documentation where different parts of the documentation can be seen/accessed by different groups.
My Setting is as follows:
3 Groups (1 for everyone and 2 subgroups for different projects)
1 Space
- 1 Section for documentation
I would like to have one documentation section where one folder "general" is accessible for everyone of the general group and then two document folders which can only be accessed by the respective groups. Each folder has subfolders/pages, which should also only be accessible to the associated group.
When i create a document page and try to chose the fitting group in the "access" tab, only the Space is shown but i cant chose any of my 3 groups. I wonder, if i misunderstood the idea/concept of access controls (is something like that perhaps only possible for teams within the space?) or if i missed some necessary settings?
Best regards,
Till

Argus CreditAttribution: Argus as a volunteer commentedYou need to create Sections for each part of the documentation you want to seperate access to. For each Section select the subgroup you want to have access to it.
