Very long URL (>255) leads to PHP error when translation source locations are inserted [#2599210]

Problem/Motivation

Longer than the allowed 255 chars may be attempted to be inserted as translatable string location, throwing PHP errors.

Increase column length like in Drupal 7 for it be longtext type field.
