When I click on the link within "The template that will be sent for this action. You can see the full list or add a new one from this page."
I get sent to the following url www.example.com/admin/structure/pets instead of www.example.com/my_drupal_site/admin/structure/pets
The bug appears to be an issue where the link doesn't account for the base url.
