How to offer "Menu options" in section forms for space admins?

Hello,

when I add a user as an space administrator to a certain space he, among other things, has got the permission to create new sections.
But even with this permission and the enabled OG Node - Space permission "OG Menu Single -> Manage menu" the "Menu options" part (->"Provide a menu link") in section forms isn't shown to him!
But in my opinion this is a major and important option for someone who already has got the permission to create a new section.

So how is it possible to show these menu options in the section form to space admins without making them also to site admins?
