Drupal 10, the latest version of the open-source digital experience platform with even more features, is here.I was missing these as VBO operations...
Adding the hooks allows someone in the views ui to enable the extra operations... can we automate that?

One thing we can do (not sure if we should) would be to have them in the view by default, even though tasks_extra is not enabled, which would make them available when the module is enabled. Not sure if this is a good idea though, there's probably a Views hook to do this.
We still have the VBO bug mentioned in #2615726: Bulk delete fires a verify task on deleted site, but that's a separate issue.
